| | My fast is going magnificently. My weight is back in the 170s, my ketone levels are high, I haven't been dizzy that much, I'm not sorely tempted by food, and I'm not suspect by anyone. Granted, my grandma hasn't left her room in a week... I'm just amazed I was able to carry on into the weekend while dealing with all three kids. The stress levels have been enormous because I have to get up quickly a lot to deal with them, and the room spins when I do that, but other than that, it's gone well. I went to the store today, too. The car that wasn't running started right up for me without a fight. I got $200 worth of groceries so I won't have to go back anytime soon. And while I was there, I resisted all but one temptation, and that was a bag of Chex Mix, which I'm not even tempted to open. Just buying it made me feel better. I also got quite a bit of low carb stuff to cope with cravings without breaking my fast. I got sugar free peanut M&Ms, sugar free chocolate toffees, sugar free ice pops, diet cream soda, diet coke, broccoli, cucumbers, lemons, baby corn (which is only 4 carbs a can), and Italian Giardinera. I also have a bag of sugar free cinammon discs and sugar free Jolly Ranchers left. I'm set to go on for weeks. However, I did give in to a few craving buys for when I do stop fasting... even though there probably won't be anything left that I bought. I got Cap'n Crunch, Raisin Bran, Honey Nut Cheerios, Stir Fry, Raviolis, Lasagna, and ice cream. And the Chex Mix of course. But that's being hidden, so I know it'll be there. Anyway! I'm talking to TJ now, so off I go! Thinspo
